The idea of starting up DDR Vessels arose 10 years ago, due to Jesús Picatto and Antonio Barredo’s business interest inspired by the activity that Automeres Picatto S.A. had carried out for more than 20 years as a Comprehensive Dismantling Facility for Commercial Vehicles.

A new partner joined later, the Asturian entrepreneur, Rubén Fernández from Hormigones Pelayo, followed by the Suardiaz Group.
